“Mais La” is a Cajun French expression that can roughly be translated to “but really…” and is often used as meaning “well then” or “well there it is” in response to agreeing to what someone else has said. 

Our co-founders, from south Louisiana, connected with this saying as a way of expressing the importance of believing in and amplifying the experiences of others. All of our consulting partners have roots in the state of Louisiana and understand what it means to be authentic in everything we do.
