Community and Diverse Markets Executive
Frank is a financial services executive with more than 25 years of experience. Most recently he was the Diverse Markets Executive and Community Based Programs Manager for MUFG Union Bank (now US Bank). In this capacity, he strategically advised the bank and partners with Commercial, Business Banking, Small Business Administration, Affluent and High Net Worth lines of business. This enabled a diverse client engagement and culture with a focus on Black/African-American, Latinx, Asian, Native American, LGBTQ, veteran, and female clients. He was also in charge of the bank’s student run branch program, financial education centers, and Corporate Social Responsibility’s special projects. He developed and oversaw the bank’s Special Purpose Credit Program.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from California State University, San Bernardino. Frank is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He serves on the board of directors for Momentus Capital. He is also a member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity and recently served as the national chairman of the Grand Resources Advisory Committee.
He is a graduate of Baton Rouge Magnet High School in Baton Rouge, LA.
